Join Director Kay Pavlou for an intimate screening of ‘Two Homelands’, a visual story of rare archives with personal stories. The documentary was produced and directed by Kay Pavlou to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Turkish invasion of Cyprus.
Six senior Australian Greek Cypriots, aged 70 to 102, reflect on their war-torn homeland and through their eyes, we witness the history of Cyprus and their migration to Australia. ‘Two Homelands’ reflects on the futility of war and the human cost 50 years after the bombs have stopped dropping.
