The G.O.C.S.A. Dance Academy aims to maintain an important aspect of the Greek culture through traditional song and dance. Our philosophy is to promote, disseminate and preserve the Greek culture to the wider community.
Formed in 1980, the academy prides its reputation in being one of the longest running and successful dance schools in South Australia. Students learn traditional dances from all regions of Greece and have the opportunity to showcase each dance in authentic costumes imported directly from Greece, at festivals and various functions across the country.
The Academy fosters a warm and welcoming environment, educating the next generation and instilling a future of love and appreciation of Greek Dance and Hellenic culture. Our students ranging between the ages of 5 of 45 years attend classes which take place twice a week. Children of 5 years and above are welcome to join.
